Our Team

Erin V. Grimm, MD

Your pathology guides your therapy. Life is not black and white and neither, sometimes, are choices in your medical care. My goal is to help provide patients with the most complete summary of their pathology so they can make the best decision for their situation. Our focus at HPA is whole person care, and while I do not often meet my patients face to face, I believe the best care arises when your pathologist works and communicates directly with your treatment team. My specialties are breast and gynecologic pathology, and I focus on these area in my daily practice.

In my spare time, I spend time with my family. I love to garden (a love which leads to starting tomato seeds in my basement in February and I engage in a yearly battle each summer with the chipmunks regarding who gets to eat the strawberries in my garden). I’m a regular, though casual, runner, and I play in a string quartet.
