The Bone and Soft Tissue Pathology subspecialty team at Hospital Pathology Associates (HPA) is dedicated to managing specimens collected from lesions of the bone/skeletal system and soft tissues of the body. Our team utilizes sophisticated ancillary testing tools beyond routine microscopy, including fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH), immunohistochemistry, and numerous other molecular assays to provide high-quality diagnostic evaluation for complex tumors. We work closely with our Radiology colleagues to routinely correlate the microscopic findings with specific details from diagnostic imaging studies to provide high-quality care. In addition, our pathologists actively participate in multidisciplinary tumor conferences for treatment planning purposes.
