Responsible for procurement of bone marrow biopsies across the Allina Health system, Northfield, Welia Health, and Grand Itasca, working within multiple lab and hospital settings for scheduling and ordering of biopsies.
This position encompasses a broad scope of healthcare management and administration responsibilities in human resource management, workflow, HIPAA compliance, safety and security, and office management.
Pathologists’ Assistants work primarily at our Abbott Northwestern Hospital with rotation to Mercy Hospital and United Hospital, performing macroscopic evaluations of surgical pathology specimens and postmortem examinations.
Hospital Pathology Associates is seeking a hematopathologist, preferably with expertise in another practice area such as molecular pathology, transfusion medicine, or surgical pathology.

Our program provides learning experiences in the science of disease causes and effects through examining human tissue and the practice of laboratory medicine. As a member of the Postgraduate Pathology Program, you will collaborate closely with pathologists and laboratory professionals in collecting, processing, and diagnosing pathologic specimens.
